My wife and booked this Motel as it represented very good value for money, it did not disappoint, infact we are very impressed with the cleanliness, the motel was whisper quiet, in a good state of repair, not the most modern motel but everything there, it comes with coffee, a fridge, air conditioning, microwave. the staff are great and very professional. good value for money. Mr and Mrs P.

We've relocated to Central Washington and having no place to land we found this quaint, reasonably priced small motel. Great customer service and comfortable rooms. They made us a great offer and will be staying this month and until we start building our tiny home . Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Motel Nicholas was sincerely one that has earned the best review I could give them. We checked in at 3 a.m. They were more than happy to provide unconditional excellent customer service with the most affordable rate in town .The room was very clean with an updated flat screen t.v. the beds were very inviting with bright white linens and were more than comfortable.It was a safe quiet atmosphere that I recommend to anyone.

What a great little motel!! Cleanliness is #1 when I'm staying in a motel and our room was clean!! We stayed here on July 9, 2023 on our way to Bonners Ferry and booked in on July 15, 2023. Close to shopping, pleasant staff, an all around good experience! 👍😊

We loved this place. We fell upon it quite by accident when the larger hotels by the highway were full. We looked at a room at Roadway Inn. It was dumpy and the environment seemed sketchy. Then we found this modest little place. The rooms were immaculate and the host, "Herman the German, was terrific." We recommend simply passing up the larger hotels.

This place ROCKS. Very, very friendly owners. Would love to come back and stay here for another night or two. Very comfortable bed to sleep in. Love the bed. The bed was very inviting. Awesome space. Love the mini fridge and the microwave as well. Great TV, love the channels that come in. Loved the price for the room. Excellent price actually. I would give this a 200%place to stay for the night to sleep. If I had extra money I would give them a 5$ tip. Please, choose this place to stay. It's very inviting and such generous and very kind people who work here.

It's a nicely updated old -fashioned motel. As long as you're not looking for something high-end it's a nice place to stay. It was very clean. They didn't hastle me about my service dog. I do have to say the mattress was more comfortable than some of the boutique Hiltons I've stayed in on the East Coast. The staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Overall it was a really nice stay and I'll definitely stay there again whenever I'm in the area visiting family and friends.

I would certainly stay here again when in Omak. Pleasant and easy entrance into the room. Clean and comfortable. Slept well. Room had TV, coffee maker, A/C and microwave. Bathroom had supplies with quality towels. We had kind recommendations for dinner and breakfast restaurants, many of which are in walking distance. Thanks, Folks.

It’s very clean, quiet, comfortable, and has fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The staff checks in with you daily. The room heater was really responsive and quick. The area is quiet and close to everything. The decor was just OK but who cares.
